C3S Security Doors, Windows & Partitions have been designed to meet a wide range of security and aesthetic requriements.
In security terms, they can provide:

• Fire resistance
At whatever level of resistance, we can provide doors and partitions which are either fully or part-glazed or solid core.
Our doors, windows and partitions are available in different materials including timber, aluminium and mild/stainless steel.
The ability of any of these elements to resist attack at whatever the specified level depends not just upon the construction of that element. It depends upon a combination of its structure, the medium into which the element is installed and the methods with which it is installed.
C3S has considered all the above factors and incorporated them into the systems which it supplies.
Extensive testing has been carried out across the range to ensure compliance with current national and, more recently, European legislation.
We can also design and construct each element to meet client or project specific performance criteria.
The flexibility extends to the range of hardware and locking systems which we can incorporate to meet different performance and aesthetic requirements.
operating principles
The range of C3S Security Door sets is constructed using the patented C60 and C80 suites of security aluminium sections. The C60 suite of sections is used for Physical Attack resistant requirements; the C80 suite is used for Ballistic and Explosion Attack resistant requirements.
Both systems are designed to provide a fully rebated door and frame, enhancing the security levels in terms of both resistance to attack and the protection of the hinge and locking systems.
No single door set can meet all aesthetic and attack resistant requirements. Recognising this fact, the range of C3S Security Doors is available with a wide range of opening leaf options, locking systems and finishes.
The C80 security door set, which can be fully glazed and provide resistant levels up to R2 under BS5051, has also been developed to provide explosion resistance. These door sets have been tested to DIN standard 52-290, categories D1, D2 and D3.
The unique C3S beading system enables the door sets to to be upgraded to higher levels of security without the need to modify either the door or the frame. If security requirements change, the upgrading of a system is therefore, both simple and inexpensive to carry out.
The C60 and C80 door sets are part of an expensive range of aluminium sections designed to provide consistent security in any security partitioning which may be required and in the layout to suit individual installations.

It is possible to incorporate glass specifications which meet additional specific requirements.
As part of the beading system, extension beads are available which allow glazing of up to 64mm thickness to be incorporated in either single or double glazed form.

All glass and glass/polycarbonate compositions are used depending upon the resistance level required.

As standard, C3S fits single or 3 point key locking to its security doors as required.
Many other mechanical locking systems can be incorporated, subject
to confirmation by C3S.

C3S Seritz 2000
C3S Seritz 3000 single or 3 point locking
Seritz 2000 and 3000 are motorised locking systems. They have been designed specifically for integration within the C60 and C80 profiles and are designed to assist in the closing of the door leaf.
Other electrical locking systems can be incorporated. Specific individual requirements are subject to confirmation by C3S.
