Providing support for travellers and their families creates specialist design issues. C3S Modular buildings have, and are, working with Local Authorities to meet these special needs.
Design request can be for hidden/concealed ducting and services including low or virtually no maintenance requirements. Also the ability to steam clean out the unit to maintain hygiene in facility units.
Current projects include the design of lounge/dining rooms with kitchen
and en suite facilities. Secure sheds for mobility scooters or stone porches have also been used to create storage space. The scooter sheds have been fitted with a small heater, charging unit and P.I.R. linked external light. |
